Palm Beach Country Estates is a family-friendly community that is well-known for its large lots, custom homes, and quiet atmosphere. The homes in the community are situated on a minimum 1.25 acres and, since each estate is custom-built, no two homes are alike. Residents appreciate the pride in ownership, privacy, and the freedom that exists from no homeowners association. Demand for real estate in the community has increased dramatically since the nearby development of Abacoa was completed along with Florida Atlantic University, Scripps Research Institute, and the extension of I-95.
